There’s nothing worse than having your home on the market or looking for houses online everyday without so much as a whisper from their agent. I absolutely love what I do because there’s NOTHING more rewarding than being able to hand my first-time buyers their very own first set of keys, who when we first met, thought they couldn’t afford to buy a home in today’s real estate market! But through all the many first-time buyer programs I know are out there (e.g., down payment assistance, closing cost assistance, rate-reduction loans, etc.), I was able to help them overcome the obstacle in front of them to realize that they COULD afford a home in today's market and achieve the American Dream of Homeownership!
